The school's public register

Check your dog trainer's
qualifications.

Enter an ID or diploma number to see the instructor's category, the programmes they are authorised to teach and client reviews.

Where can I find the ID?

Ask your instructor for their ID or diploma number. Enter it in full, including letters and hyphens. You do not need to register to run a check.

Before your first session

Explore their experience.
Check their qualifications.

Verification helps you understand the knowledge a specialist has demonstrated and whether their training suits your needs.

Qualifications

Name, category and diploma issue date: details you can use to check your instructor.

Authorised programmes

The areas in which a particular specialist is authorised to work. Compare them with what you want your dog to learn.

Client reviews

Experiences from people who have already trained with this instructor. You can also leave a review after your sessions.

How to use the verification result.

The register is the school's own certification system. An entry does not mean that the specialist is an NSHSS employee, accepts clients in your city or holds all the permits needed to work in another country. The absence of an entry does not in itself prove a lack of qualifications.

Understanding the result

What an entry in the register means

Certification includes a theory assessment and a practical examination. Qualifications must be confirmed annually.

What does an instructor's category mean?

Categories reflect the level of verified competencies:

  • Category 3. Basic obedience, the General Training Course and assisting with protection training.
  • Category 2. Obedience, the General Training Course, and protection and guard training.
  • Category 1. Specialist areas, including search work, guide dog training and dog-assisted therapy; mentoring and instructor education.

Check the individual instructor's profile for their exact authorisations. The full list of competencies is set out in the regulations.

What if the number is not found?

Check the number against the diploma and confirm the ID with the specialist. The absence of an entry does not itself say anything about their work: it is simply the result of a search in our school's register.

If the number is correct, contact the school and we will help you look into it.

Does an entry mean the instructor works at the school?

No. The register also includes specialists who have completed voluntary certification. An entry confirms successful certification, but does not in itself mean that the instructor is a graduate, employee or representative of the school.

How do I report a problem with an instructor?

Email support@dogschool.od.ua. Include the instructor's ID, describe the situation and attach supporting materials. The school reviews enquiries and checks compliance with professional standards.
