This was our first experience of working with a dog trainer, and I was delighted 🥰 By the third session, I could see Ami responding and doing what I asked 😍 After all 8 sessions, I got exactly what I wanted. But we will definitely carry on training with Marina, because I can see enormous progress 🤍

I want to say a huge thank you to the School of Service Dog Training for giving me so much experience and teaching me to handle my dog properly and, most importantly, to understand her, recognise my own mistakes and put them right. These days it is so easy to get lost among all the different ‘dog trainers’ and end up with the wrong one, but I am glad I came here and am helping my dog become perfect. And if anything comes up, I can always ask for help, with specially chosen methods and an individual approach.

I could not have a better impression of our trainer Irina! All her commands and recommendations were very clear and easy to understand. I thought my spoilt dog would be a hopeless case, but Irina dispelled all my doubts, and I am endlessly grateful to her! The foundations of a healthy relationship between Vegas and me are in place, and we will keep moving in the direction she has set. Thank you again! :)

‘I want to leave more than a review here; I want to leave a little piece of my heart. This is an amazing place, with wonderful people. True professionals. As someone who had lost his sight, I never even hoped that life could be full of colour again! The school trained a wonderful helper for me, a loyal and dependable friend. My guide dog Plyusha and I are now one! The school's specialists trained this dog beautifully, and I have regained my independence and a sense of freedom. We go for walks, exercise, hike, travel and make new friends together! Plyusha is my eyes and my soul! I am immensely grateful to the school and recommend it to everyone! The trainers there speak the same language as our four-legged friends. And they love what they do so much that even a blind person cannot fail to notice it) Thank you, friends. May there be more projects like this, and may you have health, strength, inspiration and enjoyment in your work! Always yours, Sergey and Plyusha’

For many people, the word ‘husky’ means an uncontrollable dog with a silly streak that completely ignores its owner's commands... Well, that was exactly us before we met Svetlana! A combination of individual and group sessions turned Lir into a proper gentleman! Svetlana knows how to connect with any dog. She helped us build the right relationship step by step, teaching us more than just commands: she taught us how to create trust, understanding and a routine. An enormous amount of information, and Svetlana's own attitude — she is the best dog trainer )) The group sessions are a story in themselves. We had so much fun, never mind our boy ))) There is no dog you cannot help become happy and obedient. Our little Lir, the most loved, most wonderful wolf in the whole world!!! Svetochka, thank you so very much!!!

Igor Vladimirovich is an extraordinarily talented, brilliant master of his craft. We have been training with Igor for a year. I have a male Basenji — not the most obedient dog, to put it mildly. Igor brought out the best in him. Thanks to the training, I can enjoy relaxed walks and take Richik everywhere because I trust him to behave appropriately. Comparing how we were when we arrived a year ago with how we are now, as they say in Odesa, they are two completely different things. Richik has settled down and developed a bond with me, and my family now enjoys walking him when I cannot. Thanks to Igor's preparation, we also did very well at a show and received our first adult CAC. There are still plenty of subtleties and details involved in training and raising such a spirited male dog as mine, and with Igor I am certain I will be able both to present my dog well at shows and to walk without stress through the streets and parks of my beloved city.

Hello, we have only the most positive things to say about our trainer. A true professional and, very importantly, someone who really loves what he does. He can find a way to connect with even the most challenging and disobedient dog. I can say that as the owner of just such a specimen. We have a Bull Terrier with a very difficult temperament. Alexey not only managed to connect with him, but also dealt with the exact problems we came to him with: aggression, inability to walk on a lead and disobedience. Through persistence and an individual approach to our pet, Alexey resolved them all. Our dog is unrecognisable!!! A huge thank you to him. We highly recommend him and will continue working with this wonderful trainer. Alexey really loves the four-legged pets he works with and takes responsibility for the results of his work, which matters a great deal these days. Thank you again for all your hard work!!!

In October 2021, a new member joined my family: a Labrador called Berta. Caring for her and training her brought me to the School of Service Dog Training of the International Police Corporation of Public Security. What sets this school apart is that it teaches not just your dog, but you too, how to interact with your pet appropriately, sensibly and productively. They will not promise instant training results, but if you make the effort and follow all the recommendations, guidance and advice of the experienced dog training instructors, you will undoubtedly, 100%, succeed. There has not been a single occasion when an instructor refused to offer advice or recommendations on any question that came up. Everything is literally explained thoroughly and broken down for you. Support continues throughout the entire course. Above all, the instructors are professionals in the fullest sense. They teach patience and self-control to owners as well as pets, motivate you wonderfully and never let you lose heart or give up. Believe me, the knowledge and skills you gain repay you many times over. The instructors put enormous effort and knowledge into achieving excellent results, which they then celebrate together with the owners of their four-legged pupils. I would also like to mention the conveniently located school training grounds in every district of Odesa and the flexible class schedule. I train at the School of Service Dog Training myself, recommend it and will continue recommending it to others.

I first came across this school a very long time ago, while I was still at school myself, when our dog needed training. The instructors helped enormously with Grey's protection training. It made a lasting impression on me. Many years later, and at such a difficult time, I decided to make my dreams come true. Here they helped me choose my best friend and are helping me raise and train her. They answer questions gladly, find the right words and examples, and explain things clearly through examples.

Hello! We 🐩 have now graduated from your school, NSHSS. Our little one came to the ‘first year’ of your school with no socialisation experience, no knowledge of commands and so on. Thanks to the team's vast knowledge, attentiveness and the right approach to each little one and not-so-little one — the dogs varied in age and breed — they taught our boy to follow commands properly and behave around others, and gave us lots of useful information that we still use. Special thanks to your school's trainers Emma, Sergey and Marina. Our little Buddy had individual lessons with Emma and group sessions with Sergey and Marina. He changed so much after the course. Thank you enormously!

We got a dog for our child — let me say straight away, she is 16 — and it was a considered choice, including the breed. It mattered to me that they learnt to listen to each other. We started training with Sergey as soon as Polly, our Jack Russell Terrier, finished her post-vaccination quarantine; she was 4 months old. At first it was difficult for both my daughter and the dog. A huge thank you to Sergey for his patience. About 2 months have passed since the course ended. Now the puppy, who is almost 8 months old, walks calmly even off the lead in safe places and watches her owner devotedly, following every command. Sergey taught them to be a great team. Your specialists are highly qualified, and I always recommend you when people ask where we trained our dog. Many thanks to your team!

Hello everyone from Kharkiv! I want to say an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to Svetlana, a professional in the truest sense. I have a Labrador and Russian Spaniel cross. Crossbreeds, as we know, are not the most obedient dogs, and when you add an owner who does not understand her, the situation gets very difficult. The war also changes things, and Kharkiv is far from peaceful, which affects animals too. But Svetlana was the one who taught us to understand each other and gave us the foundations. Thanks to her, walks became a pleasure instead of an unavoidable, rather unpleasant chore. Many trainers before Svetlana turned us away because she is a crossbreed, and we had not managed to learn on our own. Only Svetlana did not turn us away, and we are so glad. A true professional: everything is precise, understandable, and as simple and clear as possible. Thank you so much!!!

Maria connected with Morgan on the very first day. He learnt the basic commands quite quickly, literally in two or three sessions. I came because of his aggression towards people and other dogs; we began getting that under control after about the sixth session. The difference before and after is simply enormous! Maria is a lovely person, and I have no complaints about her as an instructor either. She always tried to work around my schedule, which matters a lot to me because it can change at any moment. I am very happy with the result! I had not even expected changes like these.

Individual sessions with Olga were the best decision! Her belief in us and her support helped me manage my emotions and a puppy who struggles with overexcitement. And the group sessions run by Olga and Taisia are excellent! Every dog receives attention without exception; they notice everything and offer advice. We are so glad to have found good specialists.

I want to thank you for such a wonderful instructor! We are very pleased with the results, and we really liked Olesya as a person too. She pays attention to small details and is lovely to talk to. We wish you success! The advice on raising our dog will work — we are already seeing wonderful results!

I really enjoyed everything. I now understand how to behave with my dog, and I can even let her off the lead. Of course, improving our skills takes time, but I am pleased even with the results we have now: Kreida is still a puppy, after all. Oksana is incredible. She immediately connected with both Kreida and me. She explained everything clearly and simply and showed me how to work with my dog. You can tell straight away that this trainer cares about the dog and the results. Thank you so much!

We are incredibly pleased with how wonderfully she gets along with our dog! We are seeing good results!

Everything is great. Kasper's behaviour has changed for the better: he has started listening to me and doing what I ask, and his aggression is no longer what it used to be. We are continuing to work and want to achieve even better results. Once again, I want to thank our trainer Svetlana. Without her, I would not have known what to do and would have given up. Thanks to Svetlana, walks with Kasper now bring both of us nothing but enjoyment and positive feelings.

We are very happy, everything went wonderfully! Daria explained everything so well. We would like to keep training.

My impression — wow! She is amazing both as a person and, most importantly, as a trainer: the dog listened to her. A very positive experience!

Everything was wonderful. Good communication, clear instructions for the exercises, and the trainer wrote everything out after the session. Thank you!

The session went brilliantly! Svetlana explained everything very clearly, and I got answers to all my questions. Everything was wonderful, thank you so much! If I need help, I will definitely come back to you.

We are very pleased with Freya's results after the second course of sessions. She has become more obedient, responds better to commands, and we can see positive changes in her behaviour. We are very grateful to your trainer for their professional work, patience and help!

I am very grateful to you for the trainer who drew our attention to the existing problems and gave us recommendations. They are clear and easy for an ordinary person like me to understand. It took Dina literally a couple of minutes to spot all our problems. Mateo's response to Dina also mattered to me — that is a significant indicator. I was glad to speak to a competent, approachable, down-to-earth specialist. I do not regret for a moment deciding to ask for help! Much respect to you for the specialists on your team!

Valeria is a true professional! Diara learnt so much, and we learnt even more. Valeria approached every question very professionally and explained everything in plain language, telling and showing us a great deal. We covered psychology as well as commands. We are very glad we came to you and that you matched us with Valeria. Thank you!

We liked everything. Svetlana explained and demonstrated everything brilliantly, and we are very happy. We will work on correcting our mistakes now and come back later for another session to fine-tune things!

The sessions with Dina were effective and wonderful. She explains things simply and quickly connected with Jos. There are definitely results, and we are continuing to train!

I really liked the trainer. The sessions felt easy, the effect was visible straight away, and the trainer herself was lovely. I will recommend her to friends!

Our first meeting was very warm and, most importantly, useful. Elena explained the basic principles of training, recommended equipment and covered important aspects of behaviour and interaction between owner and animal. I especially liked receiving all this knowledge through an easy, friendly conversation. The session left a lovely impression. Thank you!

Evgeny is simply the best! He is the best thing that has happened to Leo and me. We started training when Leo was three and a half months old; he is now nine months old, and I have a completely obedient dog. He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and I was very worried whether the trainer could handle the breed: there are not many of them, and raising them has its own particular challenges. But Evgeny connected with Leo from day one. My dog absolutely adores him and is on cloud nine. Above all, the way Evgeny teaches and works helped me understand my dog: what he needs and how. My dog is a ‘sensitive soul’; he does not respond to strictness, it just does not work for him. The approach to communicating with him was chosen so well. I can see my dog enjoying himself: he is happy, and so am I. I would recommend a trainer like him to everyone. I was very worried about which specialist we would get, but Evgeny immediately understood who Leo was and how to work with him. Although he is already a big dog weighing 42 kilograms, he always listens to me. Everyone asks how long I trained and with whom, because he is so obedient. I am delighted and realise what a great dog I have!

We were very happy with the course and Alina's work. We started training when Selin was five months old, so it was important to me to lay the right foundations from the outset, avoid training mistakes and understand how to work with my dog. Alina connected with Selin very quickly. Selin loved going to sessions, grew very fond of Alina and even missed training when there were breaks between sessions. I can definitely see the results: over eight sessions we learnt many commands and exercises, and progress was noticeable after almost every session. Of course, we practised a lot at home, but Alina's explanations were what made it clear to me how to do that properly. I also really valued the fact that the sessions went beyond commands. I gained lots of useful information about canine behaviour and psychology, ways to calm a dog and how to respond appropriately to different situations at home and outside. Working with Alina was very comfortable: she explains everything calmly, kindly and clearly, repeats things when needed and always finds the right approach. Our experience has been entirely positive. I am so glad I decided to take the basic course with a dog trainer, and I am completely happy with the result. If we want to add new commands or work on anything else, we will happily come back!

She was lovely to talk to. Svetlana answered all our questions and gave useful advice. We are very happy with the session and will come back again after a while.

Valeria is a wonderful dog trainer! We are very happy with working together and with the result. Our puppy has become more aware and obedient. Yes, there is still work to do, but now we know how. Thank you so much!

I spent a long time looking for a trainer, researching dozens of options and reviews, and our first meeting with the right specialist went perfectly. Positivity, a gentle approach to the dog and, at the same time, clear boundaries and well-judged discipline in the work. For me personally, the dog's reaction mattered most. He is afraid of men, so I was very worried, but he settled in surprisingly gently and calmly. A really great and inspiring experience! We cannot wait for our next meeting.

I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to this school of professionals, and especially to our trainer Svetlana. From the very first session, my little girl started walking off the lead and looking for her owner, and stopped picking up cigarette ends — such a victory! Taking our puppy's age into account, Svetlana gave me recommendations on the things that worried me, as this is my first dog. We are now actively putting them into practice. Thank you!

We liked it. Alyona completely resolved the issue we originally came with. We learnt lots of new things we had never even thought about, as this is our first dog. Thank you!

Thank you for your trainer Aleksandra: she found the right approach for us. Every session produced excellent results, and we learnt everything listed in the course and more. We have made good progress: my dog comes immediately when called, the training to leave things on the ground worked very well, and overall she does everything asked. We still need to work on staying in position, but otherwise everything is excellent. Thank you to your school and especially to Aleksandra!

Thank you, everything is good! I enjoyed the session. She is a lovely young woman, and my dog responded well to her.

We really enjoyed it, and so did Li Li. We are very happy with the trainer's work; the results are amazing! We received high-quality teaching and trained our puppy. We are very pleased and will recommend your school to everyone.

I want to thank you for the supremely professional Varvara! Akira learnt everything we planned and grew fond of her instructor: she was always happy to see her, listened to her and enjoyed training. I am grateful for our work together. Varvara is a wonderful person and a true professional. I really enjoyed the process, and now the result is wonderful too. I could not even have imagined that my dog was so clever! Thank you so much! I wish you success in everything. Take care of yourselves and Varvara: it is a joy that there are specialists so sensitive to both people and animals. All the best!

Both my little dog and I really enjoyed everything! The trainer is very professional and knows how to connect. He explains everything clearly and demonstrates in practice how to interact properly with a dog. I am immensely grateful for his work.

I want to say thank you! Oksana is a really great dog trainer. She is attentive, explains everything sensibly and chooses and adapts her approach to the situation.

I am amazed by how well Varvara works with animals. Sometimes I thought my dog loved her more than me. I am very grateful to her. And thank you for finding her for me!

We would like to leave a review of our trainer Aleksandr's work. We enjoyed everything and are sincerely grateful for the training! Aleksandr quickly connected with Jessie, and we can already see excellent results. She responds better to her name, listens more attentively and follows commands more precisely. I also gained lots of useful knowledge that helps me interact properly with my dog. We plan to keep working independently now, reinforcing everything we have learnt. Thank you again!

Thank you, I am very happy with the results! Ekaterina is an excellent specialist; I will recommend her.

Everything is great, and we learnt a lot. I really liked our trainer Varvara: she was always available. I learnt so many new things from her about working properly with our little one. We are continuing independently now, but in a month I want to take another course specifically with Varvara. I confidently recommend her as an experienced and lovely trainer!

I want to thank our trainer Varvara for her work. An excellent professional who connects easily with the dog and gives the professional recommendations we need. We liked everything and can see the results!

Everything was great; I really enjoyed it. You can tell immediately that she is a professional, and she is lovely to talk to. Everything was explained to me: from neural connections, how a dog's thinking develops and how it responds to a command, to the commands themselves that help modify behaviour so the dog understands what is wanted. There was no unnecessary pressure to attend shows or anything like that. We will definitely book another session a little later.

Everything was great; I liked it all. The trainer answered all my questions, explained what I could and could not give my dog and told me what to work on. I am happy with the session.

I am very happy with the sessions. The trainer is a highly qualified specialist who explained everything simply and showed me how to adjust the behaviour.

Everything went well and we liked it all. We connected well, and the session felt comfortable. All the recommendations are very effective.

I am happy with everything. Svetlana is a wonderful trainer who connected with Pers straight away. He grew very fond of her and was always happy to see her. We learnt lots of commands, so I am pleased!

The session went wonderfully! Our trainer Varvara is an incredibly good specialist. She explained and demonstrated what we needed to work on. I was very happy, thank you!

Everything went wonderfully, and we are very happy with the results of the sessions. The training benefited Rey: he became much better at understanding and following many commands, and more obedient and focused. Special thanks to our trainer Svetlana! She not only connected with Rey, but became a real friend to him. Sessions were always interesting and positive, and over time our training even grew into swimming together with Rey in the quarry. Thank you for your professional approach, patience and love for what you do. We are so glad we chose your school!

This is Natalia Zabolotskaya, Kasya's mum. We are very happy with the school and its sessions for French Bulldogs. Special thanks to trainer Svetlana for her patience and professionalism!

Thank you so much for responding to my problem. Meeting our trainer Svetlana left only positive impressions. At this first stage, she gave good recommendations for addressing minor issues and explained the best starting point for tackling my concern. Thank you for your support.

Everything is great. Dina clearly showed us what to pay attention to, answered our questions and advised us on what to change. We are starting to follow her recommendations. She is really great! No more questions for now.

Everything went wonderfully. Larisa is a lovely person who knows her work. She showed us a completely different side of our reactive dog!

I really liked trainer Daria's work. She was attentive to my dog, helped find the right approach for him specifically and explained everything very calmly and clearly. She was excellent at teaching both me and my dog commands and how to interact. She also always answered my questions about care and feeding. Over these 16 sessions we achieved very good results. My dog changed so much during that time, and everyday life with him became much easier and more comfortable. I am so glad I came here!

Natalia is a wonderful dog trainer. She gave good advice, drew attention to important aspects of life with a pet and suggested how to resolve certain situations. I received recommendations for the main issue I had come with. We also worked with my dog at the training ground, and I realised I still had a great deal to learn myself. Natalia was supportive and patiently pointed out mistakes. Overall, I am very pleased. I plan to work with our little one and come back to you in a month for adjustments and recommendations.

Thank you, I enjoyed the sessions. It was very convenient that the trainer came to me. I felt comfortable with Aleksandra and could feel her support. I liked that we did more than learn commands: we also explored my dog's behaviour from a psychological perspective. There are results, and we need to keep working.

Everything is wonderful and gradually improving. He is still little, very crafty and lazy, and often fools around. But Svetlana found the right approach: he listens to her, loves her and is delighted to see her, and we enjoy the sessions. We are gradually resolving the problems. He has become more patient, no longer immediately lunges after birds and other distractions, and has started listening to us better. We plan to carry on: we like the results, and our dog is happy when he goes to training and sees Svetlana. A big advantage is that the trainer has a dog. At our request, she brings her along so we can practise with a distraction: our dog learns to listen to us even when another dog is nearby. We are also learning to walk calmly alongside her. We often walk with dogs, but previously walking beside an unfamiliar dog was impossible. There are many benefits to the sessions. We get interesting advice about leads, toys and how to behave in different situations. You can see that she loves her work, connects easily with people and animals and knows how to train dogs.

I am very happy with the result: despite the short time, we made enormous progress. Tatiana is always in touch with us and explains very well how to behave in different situations. The commands we learnt are very useful, and training with her was an absolute pleasure. Before we started, she explained human emotional states and how they affect a dog. Thanks to that, we quickly addressed some serious gaps, and our dog started trusting just as quickly. I am very happy and would gladly continue training with her, but we are moving. Thank you for matching us so well with a trainer for our situation!

Olesya is a wonderful dog trainer. Her approach and advice were very valuable, as was her support outside sessions. Everything went beautifully, and we are very happy with working together.

Everything was great; we liked it! The trainer connected with our dog and showed us mistakes that two previous trainers had not pointed out. She answered all our questions.

Our first session with the trainer went wonderfully! Evgeny explained the basics of canine behaviour very clearly, drew attention to important details and immediately demonstrated practical exercises. The first results are already visible. The atmosphere was friendly and calm, with no pressure. Everything moved at a comfortable pace for both Freya and me. You can tell he loves his work and has extensive experience.

We loved everything! Rey enjoyed his session with Svetlana, and they connected quickly. Her approach and explanations made a very positive impression: everything was clear and easy to understand. We received our first homework, will be doing it and are already looking forward to the next meeting. Wishing you quiet, peaceful skies!

I am very happy! In a month, my dog learnt to perform ‘come’, ‘heel’, ‘flip’, ‘sit’ and ‘down’ perfectly, and to hold a stay. I really am very happy!

Everything went wonderfully. The trainer explained all the information clearly and in detail. We will use her advice when practising commands. Thank you so much for your work.

The result is exactly what I wanted. Both Rey and I connected brilliantly with the trainer. He has become a completely different dog, and our bond has reached a whole new level.

Everything went wonderfully. Nastya is an excellent specialist! She made friends with our dog straight away, and the improvement in behaviour is obvious. We are very happy with the sessions, with no questions — only enormous gratitude to Nastya!

I liked our trainer Svetlana: she explained everything clearly and to the point. There is work to do! Thank you, I will be in touch again.

The lessons went brilliantly. Yulia is a wonderful trainer who connected with both Butch and his owner at the very first meeting. A highly qualified specialist; I am glad we were matched with her.

I am very grateful to trainer Taisia: the results are already noticeable, and that motivates me to keep going. I particularly want to mention her calm, consistent and clear approach. It helps me understand Lilia's learning process better. I plan to continue working to achieve even better results.

We had our meeting and session! Trainer Svetlana approached her responsibilities very professionally and capably. Everything went well and smoothly. We received useful professional advice and will try to follow it carefully. Thank you for your help!

I am happy with the session and delighted with the trainer: everything is explained clearly, with guidance on what to do and how. Taira is behaving better, but there is room to grow.

Everything was wonderful, and we are very happy with our work with Asya. Whisky has become much more obedient and follows commands. Thank you!

Everything was really great! The trainer is an excellent specialist. She quickly found the right approach to my dog, understood how to work with her and teach commands, and taught her to listen. I am very happy with the work, thank you!

The session went well. The trainer is friendly, patient and professional.

I would like to leave a review after the five sessions we have had so far and thank trainer Aleksandr for his professionalism and patience. The sessions take place in a comfortable atmosphere, with no stress for the dog. He explains clearly and simply how to work properly with your pet. There is already a little progress. What I want from the course is for Bruno to react calmly to people and dogs, walk past them calmly and understand ‘come’ and ‘heel’ well. We will work on all of that so that Bruno becomes an obedient boy by the end of the course.

Everything went well. Aiza really liked Artyom, and the feeling was mutual. The trainer showed me my mistakes in communicating with my dog, gave advice and taught me to respond appropriately in stressful situations.

Everything is good. Thanks to the trainer's advice, I can already leave my dog home alone. Thank you!

I am delighted with the trainer! My dog, who never approaches anyone, behaved as though Varvara were her best friend. We have lots of homework and will do it. I want to meet Varvara again.

We really liked everything. The trainer is wonderful, attentive and professional, and connected with our dog immediately. We can see the result: our dog is much more obedient and performs all commands brilliantly with the trainer. It is not going quite as well with me yet, but we are working on it. We are taking a short break now to practise commands in different conditions and around different distractions. Thank you so much for the sessions!

I really enjoyed it! The specialist is wonderful and explained everything in great detail, and we can really see the results of our work. Thank you for finding such an excellent trainer for us!

We liked everything. The trainer is a professional who explains things clearly. We learnt how to behave with our dog and learnt the basic commands. Thank you for the training!

Everything is great! There is definitely a difference, and for the better. We really liked the trainer's work. It is even a little sad that the sessions have ended.

I want to mention my instructor Oksana once again — I cannot keep these feelings to myself! I do not know what the group sessions are like, but I definitely recommend Oksana for individual sessions. She is amazing! While I am using your services, I feel it is important to tell you this.

I want to thank my trainer Oksana. She is wonderful! I did not expect to see results with my pets in such a short time. But the information, explanations of the process and clear examples helped. She is a guide and translator between my dogs and me. I am so glad I came to you for help, and happy to have been matched with an instructor like her. Thank you! I also want to mention how attentively she treats problems and how deeply she explores the issue. She corrects owners tactfully, praises them and motivates them that way. At the same time, she immediately stops inappropriate behaviour, particularly from the person. I like that Oksana is tactful with the owner but always on the dog's side.

We like it! Our dog has become calmer. He was already used to Svetlana by the second session: he runs to her and is happy to see her. We really like the trainer too, so we think we will definitely carry on with her for another few months. She really is a wonderful specialist, and the results are visible.

I am happy with everything and very grateful to the trainer for his work and for taking all Mia's problems and needs into account.

Thank you to Aleksandr for his good work. After completing the course, Charlie follows the basic commands, has become obedient and responds quickly to commands. Aleksandr is a qualified teacher who explains things well and clearly, and is patient and level-headed. He treats the dog very well. We wish you and Aleksandr success in your work!

A great session! I really liked that Tatiana communicated with the dog, not just with us. She demonstrated some excellent commands, and we have already started using them. Nothing more to add yet, but we plan to arrange the next session and will share our progress. Thank you for checking in!

A huge thank you to trainer Vitalik! It is such a pleasure to work with a professional who does more than go through the motions and sincerely puts his heart into the dogs in his care. My dog has changed noticeably; the changes are enormous. Thank you!

Yes, we liked everything! We now understand how to handle our dog properly on walks, and she has become more obedient. Many thanks to the trainers, both Aleksandr and Katya from the group sessions. Leia grew to love them like family!

I am very happy! Your specialist Aleksandra went straight to my heart. We connected beautifully, and everything went well for us. She pointed out what to pay attention to, showed us what was fine as it was and what needed more work. As a result, walks have become much more enjoyable. It used to be, ‘Oh, I have to walk the dog again,’ but now everything is easier and my dog is happy to go out. There is still work to do, but there are results.

Our dog chewed things, ran away outdoors, did not listen, especially when he saw other dogs, constantly pulled on the lead and bit me and my child — the whole package, really. Oksana knows her profession. I say that because she is not our first trainer. First of all, she explained to me what a dog is, how it thinks and how to behave with it. She told me about collars and leads. Training started at home; then we practised leaving the building entrance, before moving on to sessions outdoors. As a result, walks no longer frazzle my nerves, and my dog responds clearly to commands. Thank you!

Trainer Svetlana is a wonderful specialist and a very understanding person. I am very grateful for her work, and we stay in touch. Unfortunately, my service workload leaves me almost no opportunity to get away, so we have only managed three sessions in all this time.

Everything is great, thank you! The trainer gives one hundred per cent, and I really like it; there is lots of useful information. Our dog is quite the restless one, so we work a little at a time. It is too early to talk about results; we are still working. We will carry on as we can: power cuts and lack of connectivity do affect our plans.

I have liked everything, although we have not finished the sessions yet. My assessment of the trainer's work is positive: she is very attentive. I plan to continue.

I am very happy! Maria is simply the most wonderful dog trainer in the world.

I am happy with working with Maria and would like to continue training with her. I am pleased with the result.

Yes, everything is good and the results have lasted.

I am immensely grateful to trainer Varvara. Everything was clear and to the point. Unfortunately, circumstances meant we did not have many sessions, but I have nothing to criticise you for: your school is wonderful. Thank you!

Everything was good and suited us. The trainer explained things clearly, and we also felt comfortable working in the group. I plan to return to sessions as soon as I have time.

I really enjoyed it! The sessions helped enormously and put many things into perspective. It is only the third week, so questions were still coming up. Artyom works very professionally, and I am happy. We covered all the questions I came with and more. I am so glad I came to you and will recommend your school.

I have two dogs training with an instructor, a Shar Pei and a Rottweiler. Nastya connected beautifully with both dogs and with me, even though the two dogs need completely different approaches. We are already seeing results.

I am very happy! Our dog has become obedient and follows the commands we learnt. Our trainer Anastasia is very experienced: she knows lots of ways to teach a dog to take or leave something and to listen. I am very happy with her work.

Yes, I like everything. I can see the results.

Everything is great! Anastasia is a very sociable and wonderful person. The weather and wartime circumstances are stretching the training out a little, but perhaps that is for the best: it gives us more time to absorb the material. Overall, everything is good and we really like the trainer.

Everything is very good and we like it all. We will continue training in the new year. I am very happy. Thank you for your work!

The meeting went wonderfully. I received an assessment of the situation and advice on how to improve my dog's behaviour. In the trainer's view, given Khabi's history, there is reason to hope for a positive outcome. I already have experience of keeping dogs and working with trainers. We discussed possible changes and things to pay attention to. I liked the specialist: I gained an outside perspective, recommendations based on different experience, and a discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of my own actions. I think Khabi enjoyed the session too. I was very happy. I got everything I wanted, and we are now practising and refining our skills. We do not plan to continue sessions for now; if we need help later, we will come back. Thank you!

She is a very nice woman, and I am happy with her both as a person and as a specialist. But I love my dog so much that I cannot give him commands; I talk to him as if he were a person. So we decided to end the sessions.

Everything is excellent, Leo listens and I have no complaints. An excellent trainer!

Everything is excellent, everything is wonderful! We achieved everything we wanted from these sessions. An absolutely brilliant trainer, and excellent group sessions too. We are very happy!

Everything is wonderful, and the results have lasted. We really liked the trainer; she is a good specialist. We still continue working independently. We plan to have more sessions because we have a second dog.

We had a lovely time training; everything is good. We also attended group sessions. I plan to continue later.

I rate the sessions one hundred per cent. Our trainer was Taisia, and I think she is the best. We really liked her. The results have partly lasted: our dog is still fearful and does not do everything needed in the city. But overall we liked everything. I plan to continue training.

Great, we will keep coming! Taisia is the best dog trainer!

Taisia is an excellent trainer who taught us as well as our dog! We felt comfortable working with her.

I am very grateful to your trainer for the help. Thank you so much!

Everything is great, the sessions are excellent! Varvara is a good specialist. During sessions with Lukas, we worked on everything we wanted him to learn when we enrolled on the course. We are very happy with the result!

Everything is good and we liked it all. We have results and continue doing short training sessions at home.

We saw results back in the summer, and they have lasted until now. We are very happy and grateful. It all happened thanks to Katya.

I am very happy and glad that we were matched with trainer Ekaterina. She is a true professional! There were results after the very first session. Ekaterina gave so much advice: I asked about different situations and nuances of behaviour and got answers. I use her guidance and recommendations. I was already recommending her while we were still training, and I still recommend your school, especially Ekaterina. I am very happy and grateful!

Hello, I really like it! There are results, and they are very noticeable. For the first month, I would rate our progress at 6–7 out of 10. The trainers are very polite, explain everything in detail, teach both me and my pet, offer advice and watch changes in Benya's behaviour closely. They help adjust his behaviour and mine while refining new skills. Everything is very clear and interesting. I am 100% satisfied!

Hello! The trainer is quite experienced and immediately found the right approach to my dog. The advice is practical. We really liked it. Thank you! Ilkhan will miss him…

We are very happy with the result. It has lasted even after a long time. Trainer Vitaly gave me recommendations, and we work with our dog every day and follow them. He told me about walks and dog care. A wonderful specialist! He helped us enormously with our dog, both practically and theoretically, and helped us get feeding right. He also helped us understand our dog's psychology so we could understand each other better.

The result is good. The trainer gave advice and continues to do so. We plan to carry on training; everything is wonderful. It is always interesting: the trainer comes up with something new, so we never get bored.

We are happy with the result. Marina and I worked through everything, and I now train my dog myself. She is already an independent girl: she knows all the commands and behaves well. We were very happy with Marina.

We liked everything! The trainer helped resolve all the problems. The results have lasted over time.

Everything is excellent, thank you so much! The trainer helped teach our dog commands.

We really liked the trainers: they were very attentive. We liked the sessions too. Bim became attached to Marina, loved her and listened to her. He was very obedient in sessions and was praised. We wish he would listen better to us too: he runs away outside. We would like to repeat the sessions — perhaps he was still too young then.

Thank you, everything was good and of a high standard.

Everything was very good and helped me a lot. I received plenty of useful and valuable information. We are now continuing to put what we learnt into practice at home.

I really liked everything. My dog became more obedient, and I learnt to handle her and give commands properly. We now have a connection. We are thinking of continuing sessions when the weather gets warmer.

Working with Marina was comfortable, and we liked everything. Our dog became more obedient. We would like to continue training.

Svetlana is a very good dog trainer. I can recommend her confidently and plan to contact her again. I could not be happier with the result.

Everything is great; there are results even though the dog was almost two years old.

Marina is an excellent dog trainer; everything is good! 👌🏽

We liked everything and it all went well. If questions came up, we resolved them in person or by text. Everything was good.

We liked everything, and the results have lasted. I cannot yet say whether we will continue training, but if we had the opportunity, I would.

Yes, everything is great! I practised every day, and we consolidated the results. Closer to summer, I might like to do some more training.

Of course the results have lasted. Overall, everything went well for us. We had no complaints about the trainer's work and were very happy: we taught our dog what we wanted. We will resume sessions as soon as we can.

We are very happy with working together! We only had one session, but it was extremely useful. The trainer explained and demonstrated a great deal. Thank you so, so much for Svetlana!

We liked everything and are happy with the result. We would like to continue training.

Review excerpt

Hello! Everything is wonderful. Our trainers are good professionals. We are happy with everything! 🫶

Good evening! I want to thank our trainer Aleksandr for an interesting session and a clear explanation of how to train my puppy.

Yes, everything is good, we liked it all and the results have lasted. We do not need sessions for now, but we have kept your contact details.

Hello! We like everything, and our dog looks forward to this particular trainer. There is progress. Of course we would like everything at once, but it does not work that way. My dog is a complete reflection of me, and working on yourself is very hard. We have learnt a lot and will keep working.

Evgeny is a very good specialist. We really liked everything: our dog learnt everything we wanted and even a little more. We are very happy and want to continue training in future.

I like everything, and we have improvements: our dog now behaves well on walks. We keep training, although we did not manage to attend many group sessions. Feedback is constant, and I am very happy with the trainer's work. We did not quite finish the sessions because of a move.

We liked everything and really like your trainers. There are results: we were taught how to behave with our dog.

The results have lasted, and we are happy. Our main goals were helping the dog adjust and addressing food aggression.

We have not been training for six months now, but overall everything was great. Aleksandra helped enormously with raising our beloved pet! The only part we did not complete was the group sessions.

Excellent! The trainer is always available and helped a great deal. Thank you so much! She helped not only with training but also with caring for our friend.

I really enjoyed the sessions. My dog even grew used to the trainer. The information is as clear as it could be. Now my dog listens to me!

Overall, everything is excellent. First we had Andrey, then Zhenya. We did not finish practising some commands, so perhaps we will return in spring. Otherwise, everything is great.

We liked everything, and there are results. He will never be like a shepherd dog anyway — he is a husky, after all!

Overall, we like everything, but there have only been two sessions in all this time.

An excellent result, we liked everything and the team did a great job. Both Evgeny and Andrey were excellent. Thank you so much!

I liked everything. Evgeny is a wonderful specialist. I still follow his recommendations and work with my dog independently.

A very good trainer; we liked him. We will continue the sessions when we have some free time.

Honestly, I think everything is great. It has been a pleasure training with Tatiana. We have one session left, everything is going brilliantly and there are no problems. Eva has learnt everything we wanted her to, and we are very happy with the result. Thank you!

We liked everything and have no questions. Our dog is obedient, so we do not need to continue sessions for now.

I really liked everything and even recommended the trainer to people I know.

Everything was good; I learnt what I needed. We have a small-breed dog, and I needed some basic knowledge and an understanding of where to start.

Everything was wonderful, thank you so much! There were results.

We were very happy with the individual training sessions with Evgeny, a true professional. He gave us a great deal of information, recommendations and guidance. The training results are excellent.

Everything is wonderful. We trained back in the summer: our dog learnt the commands very quickly and got along beautifully with the trainer. An excellent specialist! We probably had more to learn than the dog: he picked it up faster. He still follows the commands brilliantly after all this time.

A lovely woman, very sociable. Our dog sees her and actually squeals! The dog responds wonderfully to her. The trainer explains things brilliantly; everything is clear. We attended with our child and my husband, and we are delighted!

A good instructor who knows the fundamentals, and the dog listens to her. She answers every question. No complaints; we liked everything.

I liked everything. I like the trainer as a specialist.

A positive experience, with no complaints.

Everything is wonderful: both the individual sessions with Andrey and the group sessions with Evgeny. I am happy with it all, and our dog Gilza enjoyed everything too. We felt the changes and learnt everything. Perhaps in spring we will enrol for group sessions or even individual ones.

I am very happy with our trainer Larisa's work: a professional approach, a great love of dogs and lots of useful information. When I started training, there was so much I did not understand; I got nervous and shouted. Now I understand my dog and her behaviour, and know how to respond appropriately and adjust it. Even my husband, who does not train the dog, noticed enormous results. Thank you so much to your school and our trainer for this work! We are staying with you and will continue learning.

Yes, I really liked everything and enjoyed training.

I really liked Elena as a person and as a specialist. I liked everything, and the results have lasted.

I really liked it. Even one session was effective: I understood what to do.

The trainer is simply great! She became a friend; thank you for having people like her on your team. We are very happy, and everything suits me. I plan to continue training.

We really liked it, but we did not finish the sessions. Otherwise, everything is good.

We are happy with everything. The trainer is an excellent specialist.

We were very happy with the trainer's work! Our dog now reliably follows the commands he learnt and has become more obedient.

We liked everything!

I liked it. Perhaps we need more sessions, but not in winter. The results of the training have lasted. I do not plan to continue right now: we met at seven or eight in the morning, and it is now cold and dark then. I might like to continue in summer. I am interested in searching for people or other specialist courses: I want to find an interesting activity for my dog.

I do not see results yet because we have only had three sessions and I think too little time has passed. Overall, I like it: it is exactly what I wanted. I need training for everyday life, so my dog learns to behave properly in the city, rather than simply performing ‘sit’ and ‘down’. I can see that they are working with him, and overall I am happy. I like the trainer's flexibility: if we need to change the time or reorganise the sessions, he is accommodating.

I really like it. This is my first experience and my first dog. I watched videos and spent about a year preparing for her arrival, but the sessions helped enormously. I plan to continue roughly once a week: it helps build communication with my dog. We started when she was a puppy, and now I understand her better and she understands me. The sessions are structured, which really suits me: I like that approach in work and in life. The schedule and location are convenient — we train in the park near home. I am very happy.

We are very happy and want to start protection training in summer. I saw the advertisement completely by chance and am so glad I contacted you. Oksana is simply brilliant, a wonderful specialist!

Everything suits us. We have only had four sessions of the course and are still learning. I cannot say there are significant results yet, but we do not expect too much after four sessions. We are also satisfied with the trainer as a specialist.

Everything was very good. We then attended group sessions, where our instructor is Igor. We plan to return to group sessions around March.

The session went brilliantly. Oksana explains everything clearly, and she and Runa got along straight away.

Everything is fine and we liked it all. The results have not lasted completely. I now want to start training again and was planning to call and ask whether sessions are running. I am interested in group protection and guarding sessions.

We really liked everything. We are happy and glad we came to you for help, and grateful that trainer Natalia worked with us. There are certainly results: I cannot imagine what things would be like now if we had not trained our dog. The results have definitely lasted. He is not as active as we would like, but he listens, and there are results. We do not plan further sessions for now: we were not preparing him for competitions or shows, and this level is enough for us. He listens outdoors and guards his territory. We needed the basics: obedience outside and coming when called. We developed those skills and keep them up.

We will most likely book more sessions. We are very happy: our dog used to be very badly behaved, and now there is clear progress. We have only the best impressions of Yulia, like everything and have no questions. I think we will need to keep training for a while longer.

I like everything. I like your trainers and am thinking of coming back around spring. I am very happy; they are wonderful women, including Yulechka. I really enjoyed it, thank you.

Everything is excellent, everything is good. A good specialist. The only thing is that I am currently struggling to find time to train my dog. Perhaps we will arrange something in spring.

Everything went wonderfully. The trainers personally gave me the recommendations I needed and showed me how to behave properly with my pet. After that, I understood everything and continued training independently. My sincere thanks to you. I have no complaints about you or your school. Thank you for your work. Have a good evening, and may we all have peace.

We only had one session. The trainer gave us advice that we follow, and it is very useful. We enjoyed the session. I do not need more sessions right now; I manage quite well myself. Perhaps I will book another one in autumn.

A really great trainer, but I cannot continue the sessions.

I liked everything. I liked the trainer as a specialist. The results have settled in as they should: my dog is good and obedient.

I want to thank you for the wonderful work of your specialist Tatiana! We are very happy with her training programme. I follow her recommendations and practise the skills we learnt with Nika. I am immensely grateful; you helped us so much! We continue working with Nika, although all sorts of things still happen — including chewed boots. Tatiana is an excellent trainer, and we are sincerely grateful to her!

I liked everything. Anya is a good professional, and I have no complaints. I am happy with the results of the sessions. I do not train my dog very often because I lack time, but the training results are still there.

Naila knows ‘heel’ perfectly, does not pull on the lead and listens to me outside. I am happy with the result. Naila grew to love the trainer and ran to every session as if it were a game!

Everything was good. I am very grateful to the trainer for the consultation: the advice helped a great deal.

Everything is good. Aleksandr is an excellent trainer. Thank you!

Aleksandr is a very good trainer. I am even thinking of returning to his weekend group. Thanks to him!

I am happy with everything; it was all good and I liked it all. We attended two or three sessions, then I could not continue with Roxy because of my exams. The exam period is still going on. When I am ready, I will contact the trainer and we will finish the sessions.

Everything is wonderful: both the group and individual sessions were very interesting. We are very happy. Our dog learnt all the commands we wanted except ‘come’, but that is more to do with our dog: she does it when she feels like it. We are beginners and are happy because we learnt more than commands; we understood how to work with Chucky, teach her and raise her. We plan to contact your school again after winter.

We are happy with the course and trainer; everything is great. After the holidays, we want to take the ZKD course at Mark Twain Park.

I really enjoyed it; the sessions really did produce results. All the issues I came with were resolved. I would like to attend group sessions in future, but I am very busy now and simply do not have time to train. It is a shame there is no indoor training space, as the weather is not very good either. But overall, I am very happy with Aleksandr's work.

We completed the course, learning some things in individual sessions and others in group sessions. We taught our dog everything we wanted. We liked everything and could not be happier.

We liked everything; everything is wonderful. Whatever aspect you could name, it is all good.

I am very grateful to Aleksandr and have no complaints. Throughout the three months we trained, he was available from the very first call, and we could always make arrangements. I am also very grateful for his work with my dog: I taught her everything I wanted. Now we have good, relaxed walks. I also want to mention the very good team at group sessions: we always attended with pleasure and plan to keep going in future.

The trainer is wonderful, and my dog adores her. No complaints; I am very happy.

Everything is good. We have a few lessons left, but there has been shelling, then rain, and I just cannot find time for the sessions. Svetlana is a very good dog trainer.

Everything is excellent, everything is good. No complaints about the trainer. If I return in summer, I will contact you and we will continue working.

We liked everything, really liked it. We have no questions about the trainer's work. The location simply no longer suits us because we moved.

Everything is good, I liked it and it was all very professional. I do not plan to continue for now because I am travelling.

Everything is good and we liked it all. We did not quite finish the sessions, but otherwise everything is wonderful. We are glad we came to you.

Everything is wonderful; I really enjoyed both the individual and group sessions. Everything was of the highest standard and it was great. We are now continuing independently. Thank you!

We did not really have a full course of work together: we came for a consultation and then realised that we probably did not need to continue after all. But the meeting was pleasant, everything was good, and we received good advice at the first meeting. I had a positive impression of Svetlana.

Everything is good and we liked it all. We learnt everything we wanted to and are happy!

We liked everything, thank you!

I was happy with everything. We could not continue because taking two dogs to sessions was inconvenient.

We did not train for long and I could not continue, so there are still roughly five or six sessions left on the package. But I have no complaints about the trainer: he is very responsive and explains everything well and clearly. I am happy with his work.

I am very happy. We attended for three months, a long time has passed, and my dog still listens and follows all the commands. Svetlana is strict and demanding, and I like that. The basic skills I needed work: my dog is obedient, listens to me and follows ‘sit’, ‘down’ and ‘come’. Everything we did with Svetlana works. And I no longer train my dog at home or anywhere else: we attended the courses, and the skills have stayed with us.

I am very happy with the course we completed and our trainer Varvara. She always took my dog's condition into account and chose an appropriate workload, and she was constantly available. She helped Bruno learn new skills and supported me when something did not work first time, giving valuable advice that really works. You can see how much Varvara loves her work. I am sure dogs sense it: Bruno grew very fond of her and always went to training happily. Thank you to your school for the opportunity to build a special bond with my dog, understand him better and keep striving to improve everything we learnt on the course! It is an interesting and sometimes difficult journey, but definitely one worth taking. I will happily recommend your school because my experience has been entirely positive! Our happy graduate has overcome his fears and negotiates the obstacles at the training ground with ease.

Things with Blackie are wonderful now. Overall I am happy, although you would never guess it from Blackie herself! Of course, there are still some problem areas: we started training when she was fairly grown up, and Blackie is very active — she was the ringleader in group sessions. But we try to set aside a little time every day to practise, and I add new commands myself. Our trainer is wonderful. He did more than work on training with us: he reassured and supported us when we felt like giving up. I am very grateful to him for that!

I want to say a huge thank you for choosing our instructor. Today was our first session, and it went wonderfully. I have already seen a result: for the first time we walked home with our dog like normal people instead of hurtling along like the horsemen of the apocalypse on their way to the end of the world. At home, my beautiful girl collapsed asleep and did not even bark at the neighbours making a commotion in the entrance hall. An absolute miracle! Aleksandr is simply a magician. Jessie listens to him even without treats. We cannot wait for our next dose of magic. Thank you so much for such a fantastic first session! You explain brilliantly and demonstrate very clearly what to do and how. Not to mention the patience with which you answered every question. Everything is as clear, precise and understandable as possible. There is an ocean of information and my head is spinning, but today I literally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Jessie came home and flopped down paws up, pondering how exhausting it is to be a respectable dog. Lead handling was certainly a revelation. It sounds so simple: keep it loose and give a tug at the right moment. But in the moment, working it out yourself is almost impossible. We — or rather I — have a lot of practice ahead. But the results are already inspiring. On the walk before the session I was ready to cry: she was lunging at every dog, person, cat, crow and pigeon we passed. I was amazed she could behave so sensibly after just an hour's work. It turns out I have a perfectly sensible and even very well-balanced dog who simply ended up with an owner who did not understand her.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to trainer Aleksandra. She works with owners as well as dogs, teaching them to understand their pets better and build real teamwork. You can sense her approach to animals from the first few minutes: attentiveness, calmness and an ability to choose the right method for a particular situation. My dog, whom I took in from the street as an adult, is fairly reactive, but he quickly accepted her, made friends and began to trust her. Sessions are calm, professional and productive. By completing the course, we achieved results we could not reach on our own. We sincerely recommend Aleksandra to anyone who wants high-quality work, professionalism and a warm attitude towards animals.

Everything is good, thank you. The trainer is excellent. There are positive changes in my dog's behaviour.

Everything is good. The trainer was professional and to the point. She confirmed what I had read and watched on YouTube. We have a challenging breed, a boy with a strong personality. We understood our mistakes: each family member communicated with the dog differently, whereas clear, consistent actions and discipline were needed. After meeting the trainer, we stopped him jumping up at us in just one day. He used to greet people by jumping high and nipping fingers with excitement. Now that has stopped!

Everything is wonderful; the trainer is an excellent specialist. We worked through a lot and learnt a great deal. Thank you so much! We are continuing to practise independently.

Aleksandra is a really brilliant dog trainer. She treats the animals she trains like her own. Nami is so happy whenever she sees her. She enjoyed the sessions and has become easier to handle and more obedient. Aleksandra teaches me as an owner too, which is especially important with my breed. Thank you for this course!

Persey and I liked everything; it was all wonderful. We also got on well with our trainer: Aleksandra is competent and professional, and learning with her was comfortable. Of course, Persey is not the perfect student, but that also depends on me — we both still have a lot of work to do. We are happy with the training and want to continue. Once I can get my work schedule organised, perhaps we will take another 4×4 mini-course. We would like to continue in spring, perhaps with a search course: Persey is very focused on scents, which distracted him a lot during general training. He behaved better in individual sessions than in group sessions. We have the highest praise for all the trainers we worked with and our individual trainer. I would even say 12 out of 10! Thank you!

I do not know how to thank you — it is a miracle! Today Buddy did not bark at large dogs; his usual reaction was absent. I did not expect that result on just the second day. We will work to reinforce it, all thanks to you! The result is really great. We need to keep practising, which is what we are doing. Overall, I am very happy. We regret not coming to you sooner: we struggled with walks all summer.

Everything is great! Training with Varvara is very comfortable, and our dog grew very fond of her. We learnt lots of new things! We enjoyed it and are happy with the result. We give the trainer's work the highest rating.

We really liked how Vladimir works. Oscar became more obedient and attentive on walks and started paying attention to me.

I like everything! I think Thor's results are in line with his age and breed. I like Andrey's approach — it is exactly what Thor and I need. There is no forcing the dog to achieve a result at any cost, and that matters most to me. Besides, Thor is always very happy to see him.

Everything is great! Our dog still pulls a little on the lead, but I think she needs a bit more time: things are already much better. I am happy, and walks have become much easier. She no longer lunges at dogs or people either.

I would like to leave a review of Aleksandr Kotenko's work. I spent a long time deciding whether my Spitz Ozzy and I needed courses, thinking I could manage on my own. But after the first session with Aleksandr, I realised he was exactly who we needed. Every session was marked by mutual respect, sincerity, determination and kindness towards my pet. With Aleksandr's help, Ozzy grew from a boisterous Spitz into a truly calm, intelligent friend. He started paying attention to recall, gestures and commands, and stopped showing aggression towards people and animals. His behaviour now makes us happy. I am very grateful to Aleksandr and your team for such good, productive and effective work!

We are delighted with the dog training course. Berta has become much more obedient, and we have finally stopped worrying about her ‘biting games’. She is considerably calmer and responds better to our commands. We are very happy with working with Irina. She is a true professional who knows how to connect with both a dog and its owner. The sessions were interesting and effective, and her advice was invaluable. Thanks to Irina, we learnt a great deal and now communicate beautifully with Berta. Thank you for such a wonderful school! We will recommend you to friends.

We still have things to work on and improve. We have made a start and are moving forward. Varvara is the best thing that has happened to us. A super trainer! We liked everything. Thank you!

I would like to thank your school and especially Ekaterina, to whom we are immensely grateful for her work. I would never have thought such a young woman could be such a professional. Thanks to her, our dog has become fully socialised: she trusts people and is not afraid of dogs of different sizes. And the love Katya radiates towards animals! Busya runs around happily with other dogs, follows commands and eagerly awaits walks in the park. Other dog owners hardly recognise our Busya — that is real progress. I am glad I chose your school out of all those offered in the park!

We went to every session happily. I would like to recognise Olga's professionalism. We also recommended the sessions to friends with a puppy. Maru learns commands well and behaves well; he has become easier to interact with. There are still some issues, such as picking things up from the floor, but we continue to work on them.

I want to express my enormous gratitude to Oksana! We dealt with all the problems in a few sessions. She is a true professional. Thank you for the professional approach and the quality of the sessions!

We are very happy with the courses! A huge thank you to our individual trainer Oksana for her patience and positivity. And the group sessions with Dasha are simply great! I am sure we will repeat obedience training in about a year, and we are considering protection training. I would also add that all the equipment can be bought from you: excellent quality at reasonable prices. We were not very happy with what we had bought before, so we bought everything again from you. And the food! We tried many different ones, and really liked yours.

I am very happy with your work, especially that of trainer Vladimir. His professionalism produced a good result in raising our four-legged daughter. We learnt all the commands needed for everyday life with pleasure. Teya looked forward to meeting Vladimir at every session — he really won her heart. He is responsible, composed even when little Teya was playing up, and persistent — in a word, a professional. After his lessons, Teya became a real lady who knows how to behave in company. Thank you again for finding a good trainer who loves dogs and knows his profession so well.

I want to thank you for the wonderful sessions and for helping me understand my Leo. Thanks to trainer Alesya, he became calmer, learnt to trust me and now looks up at me whenever a situation is unclear. That is priceless. The sessions were always productive: we had time to play, learn and cuddle. So Leo never refused to go to training: it was both useful and enjoyable for us. The material was presented brilliantly — everything was clear, interesting and always practised. Yes, Leo still has a long way to go, but the most important thing is that he knows I am there and learns to trust me more each day. Thank you so much to Alesya for her professionalism and warmth!

We really enjoyed working with Varvara. We can see results after the course, and life with our dog has become easier.

Thank you so much! Larisa is an excellent specialist. The whole family learnt the commands, although Zhorik was faster and better than any of us. He became obedient, and we learnt to play enrichment games. We enjoy spending time with our pet. And the cats are happy too! Our thanks to trainer Larisa and your School of Service Dog Training.

We are very happy with our work with trainer Varvara. We came to her with Odi, our Chihuahua, who was not yet a year old. Varvara offered an individual approach, understanding that every dog is unique. She used positive reinforcement methods and taught us, the owners, how to communicate properly with our dog. After just a few sessions, we saw the first progress: Odi stopped reacting so strongly to other dogs and pulling on the lead, and we learnt to manage his emotions. What impressed me most was that Varvara does more than train the dog: she teaches mutual understanding. We gained an obedient dog and learnt to see the reasons behind his behaviour. I sincerely recommend this trainer to anyone wanting to build a strong, harmonious bond with their pet.

Thank you for our trainer Olesya. Freya and I really enjoyed meeting and learning with her! She found the right approach for both me and my little companion. I had specific goals: to practise ‘heel’ and crossing the road. And we have made progress. The ‘wait’ command has already started working in practice — little Freya waited in a shop! I also liked that we learnt ‘sit pretty’, ‘watch me’ and ‘paw’. The last one is very handy when the lead gets under a paw. Thank you for all the advice; we will keep working. I wish you success and grateful students!

We like everything about the school: the approach, programme and workload. And especially the professionalism and attentiveness of instructors Taisia and Olga. I still do not understand how they notice everything, give everyone attention and help them.

I was very pleased that my wife and our little companion learnt to understand each other. While I am on service, I know there is an obedient dog beside my wife.

I wanted to share my impressions of the sessions. They were very productive and fruitful, and the result is obvious. Of course there is still work to do, but thanks to Maria, we now have the foundations and an understanding of how everything should work and how to raise our little one overall. We are so glad we were matched with trainer Maria. She always helps and advises, never left us struggling and still supports us — thank you so much for that! At group sessions too, everyone tries to help, understand our circumstances and support our progress.

Thank you so much to your school! Mila has become very obedient. Trainer Olga is simply wonderful. Mila and I both fell in love with her. A true professional. We will definitely use your services again.

I contacted the school because my dog did not want to return home, walks were not very enjoyable, and at home she chewed wallpaper and puppy pads. Once sessions started, everything began improving. By the third or fourth session, the problem we came with had disappeared completely. By the final session, Bella was a different dog — she had changed so much for the better. She became calmer, pays more attention to me, listens to me and loves me. Sessions with Olga helped both improve Bella's behaviour and deepen our love for each other. Olga is a very good trainer, and I am glad we were assigned to her. Bella and I eagerly awaited every session and are even a little sad they have ended. I loved everything, and we will definitely continue our training here.

Buddy and I are happy! There are results: he learnt the basic commands, and I became more confident and understand better how to continue raising him. The trainer was attentive and explained everything. I got answers to all my questions. We enjoyed going to training. Thank you!

I am very happy with working with the trainer. There has been great progress: Jackson is calmer in public places and enclosed spaces, and does not pull on the lead as hard. Thank you!

A really great school! Knowledgeable trainers who find the right approach to both owners and dogs. I am so glad we train with you. Thank you!

We completed an obedience course with Aleksandr Kotenko. The sessions were more than interesting: they brought lots of positive emotions to both my dog and me. From the very first session, Aleksandr showed the highest professionalism and found an approach that made going to training an exciting adventure for my dog. That was especially important to me because my little girl had only just joined my family. During the sessions, I realised that a dog trainer is more than a teacher. He helped me build a connection with my pet and made our subsequent communication very comfortable. Thank you to your school, and an especially huge thank you to Aleksandr for his patience and care! Your pupils, Anastasia and Jessie the French Bulldog.

We had a session yesterday, and I am very impressed with Svetlana. She is intelligent, consistent and a wonderful trainer. Before her, I had worked with other trainers, but their explanations lacked the clarity and reasoning I needed. Svetlana fully met my expectations. I am simply delighted with her and will definitely book with you again!

We could not be happier with today's session. Thank you to your school and Artyom!

I would like to leave a review of our first training session with Aleksandr! I really enjoyed it: you can tell the trainer is a professional. He explained everything clearly, and I received lots of useful information. The atmosphere was positive. Jackson listened to me as never before, and I am so happy about that. We are looking forward to the next session!

We like everything, especially the professionalism and attentiveness of instructors Taisia and Olga. I still do not understand how they notice everything, give everyone attention and help them. Yesterday, when I went outside and put on the waist pouch where I keep treats he has never actually eaten 😂, Mukha started jumping and squealing. Then he ran to the lead and waited for me to put it on. Next he ran to the car, sat by the back door and waited for my husband to open it. It was as if he understood where he was going — and that was his reaction! 😍 We will definitely keep coming in the months ahead.

We really enjoyed it! Trainer Vitaly is very professional and explained the information well and clearly. You can tell he knows his profession and loves dogs very much. He quickly connected with my dog and gave us homework to practise. We really liked it — you could say the trainer was a good match for us!

I really enjoyed it! Everything was precise, clear and understandable. Everything I was interested in was covered and explained. I am very happy and will definitely continue training.

Everything is good, thank you! We enjoy working with Anastasia. Things have already improved. Of course, not everything can be fixed so quickly: ours is not a puppy but a two-year-old shelter dog. But we are doing well, enjoy the sessions and are happy with the result. We plan to continue training.

Everything is good, we enjoy the sessions, and our dog is making progress. I like that Kokos can socialise and play with other dogs at the training ground: it helps his socialisation. I would rate the trainer's work 5 out of 5. She is lovely and communicates brilliantly with both dogs and people. Everything suits Kokos and me!

Hello! To be honest, I was very nervous about individual sessions with a new trainer. I have a Miniature Pinscher, a very demanding little dog. We completed three courses of ten group sessions at another school. There were results, but circumstances meant we could no longer travel there. Still, you want to be on the same wavelength as your furry little bundle and understand each other, whatever the breed. First of all, I really liked the managers' approach on the phone. Although I postponed the start of training three times, nobody rushed me. The managers asked when they could contact me again and then called. They matched us with a trainer quickly. I really liked Varvara: she asked about previous training, food, walks and triggers, and we put together a short training plan. First, I booked a trial session to introduce my dog to the trainer. I wanted to see how she reacted and how the trainer treated and communicated with her. After that, I had no doubts: I booked a course straight away. I am so glad I found you! By the way, the Instagram advertisement worked. I was looking for different schools, and your advert appeared based on my searches.

I enjoyed the session. I would like to mention how quickly and easily we connected with the trainer. My dog looks happy. I want to continue: she is still easily distracted and loses track of a command, but behaved very well during the session. I would love it to be like that all the time!

I really liked everything! We wanted to consult another specialist about certain commands: we had worked with a trainer here in Moldova, but there were no results. I really liked Aleksandra Zhizhnevskaya both as a person and as a trainer. She explained everything and showed me where I was going wrong. I was impressed: a completely different approach, even though the session was online.

Everything is wonderful; we got results. A very good specialist! I am now practising everything independently, but as soon as the need arises, I will definitely contact you again.

Everything went very well. As I expected, the session was mostly for me as the dog's owner. I received instructions on the right approach to training, how to behave with my dog and individual commands. Essentially, I now have one big homework assignment. As I work with Cherry, I will return from time to time for individual consultations.

It is only the beginning of the third week of the course, and my relationship with my dog — an eight-month-old German Shepherd — has already improved. She has stopped biting and pays more attention to me, and I to her. The very first lessons on canine nutrition dispelled many myths: I learnt that fresh food and commercial dog food can be combined without harming the dog. But what surprised me most was the depth of academic knowledge provided on every topic. For example, today's lecture was about neurotransmitters. One woman who had studied psychology said at the end that this was university-level material she had already covered. And we are learning it on a dog training course! I am currently preparing for the IB Biology HL exam, and the dog training lecture helped me better understand how signals are transmitted in neurons and how neurotransmitters are formed. Even the terminology makes more sense now. Saying I am delighted would be a huge understatement. I love it!

The teachers are wonderful, it is a good course and students receive a great deal of attention. The feedback is excellent: they explain and discuss the material in detail, even if it has already been covered several times. If other interesting courses become available, we will definitely take them. What I liked most was being able to study around my own schedule: because of my service duties, I cannot always attend the online sessions.

I am enjoying continuing my studies. Your teachers are simply excellent! It is more than a school; it is a whole community. You can see how everyone puts their heart and soul into working with dogs. That is so motivating.

The school is brilliant! I spoke with, watched and saw the work of 6 dog trainers — none impressed me! But when I began training with one of the school's instructors, I saw a different standard and good results! When I then joined the school, I encountered a high level of professionalism: theory and practice together deliver excellent results! I had never imagined my dog would start finding explosives, show results in protection work and begin listening to his owner and following commands surrounded by dogs. Previously, he only listened and followed commands one-to-one; at the sight of other dogs, he forgot about Dad. The courses inspired me to realise I could still change profession and do something I enjoy and find rewarding! When I started studying the book, I thought I was reading ‘Chinese’, but Oleg Romanovich teaches this ‘Chinese’ and gives me hope of passing the exam with flying colours! It is also wonderful that the team is friendly and interesting, and I have a great desire to become part of it! Sher and I are very happy to have discovered the school of the International Police Corporation of Public Security!!!

I am really enjoying everything. The syllabus is packed and there is a great deal of information. Work means I cannot always read everything on time, but I am glad there are so many materials. The programme meets my expectations and even exceeds them. I plan to keep developing in dog training and dog-assisted therapy, although I am still thinking about exactly how. The teachers explain everything clearly and interestingly. I am very happy with it all.

I previously trained as an instructor at the School of Service Dog Training, and now I have taken the next step and am studying dog-assisted therapy. The course is very practical and offers more information than I expected. It includes not just theory, but real examples and advice on how to work properly with people and dogs. That matters to me because more and more people in Ukraine now need support, and training specialists in this field really makes sense. I like the way the course gives you specific skills and an understanding of how to help people through working with dogs.

Everything is good: the lectures explain things in detail, everything is clear and all questions are answered, so I have no complaints. I expected less information and was pleased that everything was explained so thoroughly. I really enjoyed the courses.

Everything is very interesting. I really like the fact that all lectures are recorded: sometimes work means I cannot watch a lecture, but there is a recording I can always watch when I have time. And if further questions come up, I can always ask the teachers and they respond. Overall, I am really enjoying everything.

During the Dog Training Instructor course, I gained a strong theoretical grounding in the history of dog training in Ukraine and worldwide, canine anatomy and physiology, psychology, scent science, applied ethology, veterinary care and the fundamentals of training guide dogs for blind people. The course uses a convenient format of lectures with interactive feedback on Zoom. I am deeply grateful to our mentors and teachers for the opportunity to learn! I recommend this exceptional educational institution! Wishing you peace, kindness and prosperity!

This is my second course at NSHSS. And it may be even more important than the dog training instructor course. This training gives you an understanding of ‘how it works’ and how you can help yourself and others. I believe basic knowledge about dogs and cats should be taught at school. It is good that this kind of education exists. Join us!

Review excerpt

Thank you all for this course! Thank you to everyone who walked beside us with determination, with patience in their hearts and light in their words. Thank you to the teachers and all those patient people — for the knowledge, support and belief.

Really great teachers. I have no regrets about studying with them. They explain everything very clearly and simply. There is so much information: from getting to know a dog to proper training and first aid. I now understand my dog without difficulty.

Everything is wonderful! There is a lot of information, but it is perfectly possible to take it all in. Marichka makes her explanations very interesting, and Oleg Romanovich's teaching is very interesting too. The programme fully meets my expectations. I am very happy.

Everything is great! There is a huge amount of information, but that is exactly what I like. I plan to work as a dog-assisted therapy assistant, so all the information is very relevant to me. The teachers explain things well and respond quickly. I am happy with everything.

I really enjoy studying, and the teachers are very good. You can always ask a question: they will answer, give an example and explain it. I am a little behind with the syllabus and do not manage to finish everything — I need a little more time for this much material. The teachers also give us some really great exercises.

I am a little behind with the syllabus because of work, but overall I am enjoying everything. I cannot yet say whether the programme meets my expectations: I need a little more time to get a feel for it. But overall everything is good and interesting, and I like it all.

The longer I study on the course, the more I realise how little I know about dogs. There is so much useful information that helps me notice mistakes in how I raise my own dogs. I am very pleased with the course, everything is useful to me and the programme suits me perfectly.

The programme suits me perfectly, studying is not difficult and I am keeping up with everything — it is all great. I am a psychotherapist and grew up in a family of medical professionals, and much of what we study on the course confirms and adds to my knowledge. I have also spoken to many other schools, but our school suits me best because of its well-founded approach.

I really like everything, but I am a little behind with the syllabus. I really like the teachers. I have not yet been able to assess the programme fully because I cannot keep up with all the material — I need a little more time. In any case, I plan to come to Odesa for the exam.

Everything suits me; it is all interesting and clear. The programme suits me too, with lots that is new and interesting. The teachers explain things clearly. It is all great!

Thank you for the courses I chose to take with you. Thank you for the knowledge and your love for animals. Thank you for your philosophy of ‘with love and understanding’.

Thank you for making my dream come true! High-quality, accessible teaching with wonderful teachers who love what they do.

Thank you so much! I came to study simply for myself: I wanted to understand my dog better, build a deeper connection and interact more confidently. But this course turned out to be a real revelation! The teachers are incredibly professional, experienced and sincerely dedicated to their work. They always explain even the most difficult things clearly, treat every student with respect and create an atmosphere of support and trust. Now I am no longer just a dog owner, but someone who dreams of working with animals, helping other owners understand their pets better and making their lives together more harmonious. I have become so passionate about it that I dream of opening my own school! My heartfelt thanks to the whole school team for the inspiration, knowledge and belief that everyone can become a better person for their dog.

Thank you to the best teachers! If only there were more teachers like Aleksandra Zhizhnevskaya and Oleg Radomyslsky!

My classes at your school started on Saturday, and I am overflowing with joy at being part of this course. The teacher is a true gift! Every word he says carries deep wisdom, strength and knowledge. I am proud to have the honour of learning from such people — examples of greatness and inspiration, people in the truest sense of the word. And right now we are having a class with Aleksa Wolf! She is so cool!

A huge thank you to Oleg Romanovich Radomyslsky, Valery Borisovich Vysotsky and all the school's teachers for their professionalism, humanity and dedication to their work. It was at this school, on this course, that I could always ask any questions about dogs, training or canine nutrition and receive an answer. By understanding animals — dogs, in my case — I was able to understand myself, my family, my pack, and the people around me better. I wish the club, its leaders and teachers good health, positivity, patience and inspiration. May there be more curious students who share with others the culture and value of humans and dogs living together.

You are the best school in the world, with the best teachers. You cannot imagine how proud I am to study with Oleg Romanovich, Sergey and Oksana. Having these people share their experience with us is a real treasure. I am very grateful to the school and to Oleg Romanovich for his work and knowledge, for bringing together the best teachers and doing everything he can to help the Ukrainian dog training profession flourish. Thank you!

My experience of the training was entirely positive. I really enjoyed the course: both the presentation and explanation of the material were excellent. Whenever we had more questions, we could always ask the teachers. As someone involved in education, I noticed how methodically they taught the material. I really appreciated that.

I have no complaints, I enjoyed everything and all the information was very useful. I liked the format: there is a lot of information, but the teachers explain it clearly, and we covered each topic in roughly one or two sessions. This format really suited me because I do not like a big topic being stretched out over several weeks.

Everything was good, I enjoyed it all and honestly have nothing to complain about. I have worked with dogs for many years and never once regretted deciding to take the courses. The material was very interesting and the teachers were good too. Whenever further questions came up — there is quite a lot of material, after all — I always got answers, so there were no gaps left. Overall, the material was presented clearly. Personally, I did not find it difficult at all: my many years of working with dogs made studying a little easier.

The presentation and quality of the material and communication with teachers are all very good. The course itself is quite demanding: I had imagined it a little differently, but it provides serious academic knowledge, as though I were back at university. The course goes into real depth. On the one hand, that is wonderful; on the other, it is challenging because there is so much information, covering such varied subjects, including veterinary medicine and neurology. It can be difficult at times, especially when there is a lot of specialist terminology, but the teachers try to explain things in their own words to make them clearer. It is good that you can ask them for help and work through those points.

I like the courses: the material and the way it is presented are all very interesting. Communication with the teachers is good too: whenever needed, they go through everything and explain it in detail. I am happy with that. Overall, no complaints.

I am completely satisfied with the courses: the quality of the materials, the presentation and the feedback — I like everything and have no complaints.

I like everything: the teachers are interesting to listen to, the material is very interesting and there is nothing to complain about. The teachers are wonderful and always offer advice and help when needed. My experience has been entirely positive.

I really like it, the teachers are brilliant! They answer every question at any time. Everything is easy to understand.
