NSHSS Website User Agreement

Operator and scope

The website https://dogacademies.com is operated by ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «НАЦІОНАЛЬНА ШКОЛА СЛУЖБОВОГО СОБАКІВНИЦТВА», Ukrainian company code (ЄДРПОУ) 32167398 (NSHSS). Contact for website matters, infringements and requests: support@dogschool.od.ua.

This agreement sets rules for the website, forms, chat and public materials. Payment, course content and duration, paid access, refunds and termination of training are governed by the accepted public offer and the relevant order; assessment and the Register are governed by the applicable Regulations. This agreement does not amend an existing contract.

The terms of a particular action must be available before it is taken. Where an action involves accepting contractual terms, the acceptance method must be clearly explained and linked to those terms. Visiting the website alone does not constitute a purchase, acceptance of new payment obligations or consent to advertising.

Use of the website

Provide accurate information needed for your request and use another person's data only on a lawful basis. Report errors in contact or order details. Protect passwords, codes and personal access links; contact NSHSS if you suspect compromise. Minors require the involvement of a legal representative where the law requires it.

Hacking, bypassing access controls, malicious code, spam, threats, impersonation, deliberately fictitious enquiries or orders intended to disrupt operations, and bulk collection of personal data or copying of protected materials without a lawful basis are prohibited. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages subject to technical restrictions is permitted. Good-faith criticism, refund requests, complaints and exercising legal rights are not, by themselves, abuse.

Materials and intellectual property

Texts, videos, photographs, programmes, design and distinctive signs are protected by the rights of NSHSS or the relevant rights holders. Website access permits personal viewing of public materials. Resale, distribution of paid materials, sharing individual access and use of branding that suggests NSHSS endorses your project require appropriate permission. Statutory exceptions, including lawful quotation, remain available.

By providing your own material for a response or an agreed publication, you permit its use only to the extent necessary for that purpose. Publication of a review, image or Register profile and advertising use are agreed separately where required. Your exclusive rights do not automatically pass to NSHSS. Report disputed content, its link and the grounds for your request using the contact above.

Moderation and website security

NSHSS may review submissions before publication and reject spam, unlawful content, disclosure of others' data and material unrelated to the section's purpose. Submission does not guarantee publication. Moderation must not distort a review or suppress it solely because its rating is negative.

For a confirmed violation, NSHSS may restrict the affected website function proportionately to the risk. Where possible, the user receives the reason and a way to remedy the violation; attacks, leaks or threats to safety or third-party rights may require immediate temporary blocking followed by review. A review can be requested at support@dogschool.od.ua. Termination of a paid service and the financial settlement follow sections 7 and 6.11 of the offer, rather than resulting automatically from website blocking.

Availability and content

Maintenance, updates and outages may occur. NSHSS may change free functions and remedy vulnerabilities; this does not cancel the promised scope of paid services. NSHSS is responsible for its actions under the contract and applicable law. This agreement does not establish a blanket exemption for outages or the acts of engaged service providers.

Public educational materials provide general information and do not replace an individual assessment of a dog and situation or veterinary or medical care. Results depend, among other things, on the starting situation and the participant's actions; specific course commitments remain binding. Third-party websites and services apply their own terms to their operations; a link does not guarantee all their content.

Data, analytics and advertising

NSHSS processes necessary information for responses, orders, access, security and protection of rights on applicable lawful grounds. Optional Google analytics and Meta advertising depend on the user's separate choice. Accepting this agreement or the offer, submitting an enquiry or continuing to browse does not replace that permission or subscribe you to marketing messages. Requests, evidence and liability

State your issue and provide enough information to locate the event; do not send passwords or full card details. NSHSS may proportionately verify the requester before disclosing private information. Correspondence, confirmations and technical logs may serve as evidence subject to assessment of their reliability; NSHSS records are not automatically conclusive.

For proven unlawful harm, NSHSS may seek cessation, damages or another remedy available under law. Grounds, amount and causation must be established. This agreement imposes no automatic penalty, reimbursement of all costs based solely on an NSHSS assertion, or retention of all payment for making a complaint. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Versions and applicable law

A new version applies prospectively from its stated publication date. Material changes are communicated before acceptance of new terms where acceptance is required. Continuing to browse does not retrospectively change the price, duration, refund rules or other terms of an already paid order.

Ukrainian law applies without removing mandatory protection under the applicable law of the consumer's habitual residence. Contacting NSHSS is not a mandatory prerequisite to approaching a competent court or authority. Language versions are intended to convey the same content; a discrepancy does not deprive a consumer of the terms disclosed when contracting or of mandatory legal protection.
